To book we ask for a 10% deposit with the balance due 12 weeks before travel.
If there is a formal UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office travel advisory notice in place advising against travel to Tenerife at the time of travel, you can rebook flexibly for any dates in the following 12 months or request a FULL refund (with our NO QUIBBLE guarantee).
Or you can rebook flexibly and for free (subject to availability) if the situation deteriorates and you are nervous about flying nearer the time*.
CLEANING PROTOCOLS
We have implemented strict Covid-19 protocols at our accommodation in line with ABTA (the UK travel association) and local government guidance to protect our guests.
The emergence of SARS-CoV-2 has created a need to take additional cleaning and disinfection measures to help prevent its spread and help ensure the safety of our groups.
TenerifeVelo will:
Use accurate, reputable sources of information including ABTA and local authorities
Follow local regulations
Have a proactive plan to manage and minimise the risks associated with SARS-CoV-2
Implement an enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of the property between stays
